The APOZ Management Team is composed of distinguished leaders from diverse sectors, each bringing deep expertise in international trade, finance, law, public service, and economic development. United by a shared vision of fostering sustainable growth and global collaboration, the team includes seasoned entrepreneurs, former government officials, legal experts, and financial strategists. Their collective experience spans decades across both the public and private sectors, positioning APOZ as a forward-thinking initiative with the insight and leadership to drive innovation, build strategic partnerships, and create meaningful opportunities within the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

David Champ

Mr. David Chen has over 30 years of executive leadership experience in real estate development, property insurance claims, renewable energy, cross-border finance, and franchise growth. He has served as COO of publicly traded companies XT Energy Group and 808 Renewable Energy, And successfully developed more than 20 franchised restaurants in the U.S. and China. Currently Chairman & CEO of Token Communities Ltd. and President of American Software Capital, he has led major real estate and industrial park projects, including the landmark Paradise Island and luxury waterfront developments in Florida. In 2006, he was recognized by the U.S. Department of Commerce as “Minority Retailer of the Year” and served as Founding Chairman of MEFEX and the Asian American Business Alliance (AABA).

Robert "Bo" Collins

Mr. Robert “Bo” Collins is the former President of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), where he oversaw its IPO and subsequent $8.3 billion sale to CME Group. He is currently Chairman & CEO of Mercantile Global Holdings, operating the San Juan Mercantile Exchange and its partner bank, SJMBT, for crypto trading and custody. With extensive experience in energy trading and derivatives clearing, he has founded energy trading hedge funds and multiple financial and technology companies,  he also has deep expertise in crude oil market services and financial product development.

Eric Fang

Mr. Eric Fang has over 30 years of experience in technology investment, corporate management, and strategic consulting in both the U.S. and China. He is the CEO of Skytower Group Inc. and Atlas Renewable LLC, and previously served as Vice Chairman, President, and CEO of the U.S.-based National Center for Sustainable Development. In an advisory capacity, he currently serves as a Board Advisor to the George H. W. Bush Foundation for U.S.-China Relations and as a member of the Advisory Board of Energy Vault (NYSE: NRGV). As the Founder of Sinoaccess Group, he has guided Fortune 500 companies in entering the China market and successfully delivered eight major satellite telecommunications infrastructure projects—backed by the World Bank and the U.S. Ex-Im Bank—valued at a total of USD 1 billion.

Kenar Liu

Mr. Kenar Liu is a seasoned expert in industrial real estate and fund management, specializing in industrial real estate development and operations, industrial fund management, industrial park investment and operations, listed company mergers and acquisitions, and investment advisory services. He led the establishment of the 200 billion RMB Yangtze River Industrial Fund and has driven numerous industrial park and land development projects exceeding 10 billion RMB. He currently serves as Chairman of Multinational Investment Alliance and Chairman of Multinational Finance Group. He has previously served as Chairman of several cross-border investment and financial groups, with projects spanning China, Australia, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Tina Pei Wise

Ms. Wise completed advanced studies in Sustainable Development at Harvard University and is proficient in strategic economic management and international business development. As a Partner at Restore Zone, she has generated over USD 100 million in claim value and actively promoted global cooperation in renewable energy, oil trade, and industrial remediation. She founded M&C Associates, achieving outstanding performance in energy and oil trade exports. Formerly serving as Vice President of the National Center for Sustainable Development, she has been actively involved in numerous U.S.-China exchanges and collaborations on sustainable development and industrial innovation projects.
